If Monday doesn’t motivate you then possibility is that you are doing the work which you doesn’t like or you don’t like the place or people with whom you work.  If this complaint about monday continues after at various jobs you do, then accept the fact that the problem is in you. No I am not saying you are wrong or at fault. I am saying that you need to learn how to put work above people and place i.e. your boss and workplace.  Get the following thoughts and see what change you can bring to your belief system in order to perform better and enjoy the work you do.
